Xiaoli received her Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from the Dalian University of Technology in China. Upon completion of her degree in 1989, she began her career in the Dalian Crane Research Institute in China. After moving to Sydney, Xiaoli completed a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology at the University of Technology, Sydney, to further her skills.

During her working service, Xiaoli's key responsibility has been in the mechanical and structural design of large mechanical equipment such as Gantry Cranes, Portal Crances, Ship-loaders, Ship-unloaders and Quayside Container Cranes.

Xiaoli makes a considerable contribution to the team at HMIDE and can fulfill any of your large mechanical equipment design requirements. Her exceptional understanding of design and engineering will make a significant contribution to your plant and projects.
