| Position Outline |
We are currently seeking motivated engineering graduates to join our friendly team in Sydney.
Initially working as a draftspersons, you will be given opportunities to progress into higher levels of
engineering work and responsibility. This is the perfect position for qualified individuals wanting
to enter the engineering profession. |
| Essential skills: |
- Bachelors Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Work experience in any of these areas:
- drafting
- fabrication
- workshop
- Advanced computer skills, particularly for CAD and personal productivity software
- Flexible approach to working
- Knowing how to ask for advice when needed
- Able to consistently meet deadlines, by making the necessary decisions for the task
- Able to work closely with a team and guide others
- Motivated to progress to becoming Job Owner responsible for the design of our machines

| Preferable skills: |
- Some exposure to bulk materials handling equipment
- Knowledge of relevant Australian and International Standard
|
